What happens to my PIN Recovery plan if my X1 vault is lost or stolen and I also don’t remember my PIN?
If your X1 vault is lost or stolen and you don’t remember your PIN, you can still recover your wallets if you have at least 2 of the X1 cards with those wallets. You can order a new X1 vault from our website here. Additionally, if you have set up the Cypherock Cover service, you can use it to recover the PIN for your wallets.
